I have spent much of my career helping people as a mentor, coach, trainer, teacher and volunteer.
As a person I have pursued a deeper understanding of life and humanity by studying various philosophies, traveling to, and living in, more than 50 countries, and learning from spiritual leaders of various faiths and cultures.
I hold degrees in:
Industrial/Organizational Psychology (U of MN), and Education (Fordham University),
as well as licenses and certifications in

We often start with a dopamine detox to reset our brains. Then we can start to find new and better motivation in what we do - whether that's career growth, job satisfaction, or spending better quality time with our friends and family.
Focus and productivity are not only functions of time management, organization and prioritization. There are many influences on our ability to focus. It's important to discover what they are and how they impact us.
We start with talking - because you have most answers, though you may not be aware of them. Then we work together to help you understand how to take control of those variables so that you can focus on your work - and feel better doing it.
I provide leadership coaching to help you become a more effective and inspiring leader. We will work on your communication skills, emotional intelligence, problem solving, and strategic thinking to help you achieve your leadership goals. This is not only for company leadership and management. Leadership skills help us advocate for ourselves and our work. Being a good leader will mean better results from negotiations in work and personal life, as well as confidence in your decision making and pursuit of your dreams.
We will work on simple and accessible mediation techniques you can do at work and at home.
Meditation helps us calm our minds and bodies, center and focus our minds, and resets us from stress and anxiety overload.
Often our work and personal life suffer from lack of physical activity. For some it is knowing how, for others it's finding the time, or seeing the importance of it. The good news is you don't have to hit the gym for the benefits of:
Increased blood-flow, higher energy levels,
mental reset, and stress relief.
Eating properly, and staying hydrated does not mean you have to go on a diet, count calories, or flood your body with water. Like most other highly impactful habits - there just a few simple things to do which have a huge impact on your health and energy levels.
